Taken Today. I have all the interior woodwork and as soon as we get some good weather I'm going to refinish the exterior and interior. I know its looking a little rough. There are a few small projects I want to get too. We'll talk about the price some if it sells before they're done.

Pi evidently sold to Scott Roads of West Palm Beach, FL. Guess she's heading back down south. Scott just signed up.
Let us know what big boat you go with for future voyages, Brandon. And no more county dumps! heh.... _________________ Kelly Holsten abstrait

|
|
We got her hauled today and put her on the j24 trailer, she fit well. We just had to put a 4x4 under the keel. With a small modification it would fit perfect. Everythings done except droping the mast and packing it up.
You know I never really expected to sell Pi so fast, it's really a testament to the popularity and quality of these boats, not to mention the great design. I've owned and sold several boats in so many years, never this quick though. I had 5 more people lined up behind Scott, three of which were very serious, waiting for my word to send surveyors down and the others wanting to come see her. She's been a great boat and I really hate to see her go, especially since getting the new engine and cruising sails, it was a full moon tonite, I would have loved to be anchored out in a seclued cove somewhere with just Steph. They say the two happiest days of a sailors life is when he buys his boat, and when he sells his boat....not true, tomorrow will be a sad day. Boatless for the first time in years.

Wow, I just looked at the other 235's for sale on here. I feel good about our deal. There's boats listed from $10,500 up to 14, some with out a trailer or a new motor. _________________ Brandon Snider

Yea they almost couldn't get the straps close enough together. I asked him to put aft strap farther forward under the winches, already had them as close as they would go!.....lol! _________________ Brandon Snider

Thanks for all your help Brandon. Your always welcome to use her in West Palm Beach. I've got a lot to learn and look forward to hours on this forum learning a new sport. I'm sure to ask some dumb questions, but I'll use the search function! My surfboards are pissed at me right now. |

Welcome to the B235 learning club Scott. Everyday we learn from the 235 collective. The greated resource here is the search capability with years of experience, successes and failures. And, when you cannot find an answer, all you have to do is ask. There are no dumb questions.

Except about the headliner. We ALL now know that they ALL fall down. Good thing π's is fixed, so you don't have to ask!
