I don't think there are any 1986 First 235s (?) what's that hull ID number? It's slightly possible it was built at the end of 1986, but to 1987 model year specs. maybe it's First 24 instead? Pictures?

A little insight:

I own Hull 004

It was built in 1986 but has a model number of 1987 - it is possible we just have some confusion.

My way of thinking about F235 manufacture dates is along these lines:
... if I buy a model year 2010 Ford XX this fall, it will obviously have been built in 2009, but the dealer and I are both going to always refer to is as a '2010' Ford XX. We should prolly adopt this terminology with F235s that are for sale.
