Looks clean to me from afar with a very nice trailer setup perfectly for the wing keel. This is actually David Stadler's boat Dalliance, hull # 075. He's a forum member as well (Dalliance ) and in the F235 Directory. You can contact him via the forums. Again, looks to be a nice boat w/ perfect trailer config from afar. It's sailed out of Hoover Reservoir, OH.

I like it because it's clean and sans doghouse graphics not to mention probably the very best trailer "design" for the wing keel.

Hey lchivers, you're just gonna have to jump on one of these. Especially one with a trailer (particularly because your location really requires you to get a trailer with the boat). There seem to have been a lot of good F235s for sale this spring/summer - this is not always the case. When I first started looking, there we're more than 5 available within 500 miles of me over the first 6 months I was looking, and, only two of those had trailers!

Know I've mentioned this trailer a few times above but want to add that I believe this to be the best launch and retrieve design out there with about the lowest height for the F235 and an EXCELLENT entry for the wing that does away with the rear crossbar. This trailer would work with many lakes and ramps that would be tricky for the higher F235 trailer options.

That boat looks to be in excellent condition and the trailer setup is quite nice. Those keel guides will make retrieval much easier. Id say a 15ft extension on a decently sloped ramp and launching would be a breeze.

SWEET, I just called. All I need is to get it delivered to Winnipeg. I have a friend that lives there and then I can go pick it up. The guy who listed the boat wasn't there however so now I have to just sit and wait for him to call me back. Do you think people would pick it up and slowly drive it across the country for me as they take their summer holidays. That would be an extraordinary story in today's cynical world.

I'm so excited!

SERIOUSLY!!! I called and he just accepted an offer from a guy in Texas. Not only that. I called on Saturday ready to make an offer and the girl I left a message with didn't pass it along to the sales guy. So I could have had the boat but no. Was it someone here? Sigh, back to the drawing board.

I know he's asking a bit more for it, but it's a much newer boat (1990), is well equipped, and has a good-looking trailer too. Maybe he'll accept a bit lower offer, or your offer can be made contingent on everything on the boat functioning at the time you pick it up (to make sure you don't get any $$$ surprises when you get it home). I agreed to pay asking price for the one I bought because it was a fair price and there weren't many for sale in 'ready to sail' condition at the time. Then, when he hauled the boat, he found blisters and two tires on the trailer wouldn't hold air: he bought 4 new tires and knocked off the amount his yard would have charged to repair the blisters ($1300). I did ther blister repairs and did OK with the deal in the end.

Don't delay making an offer on a boat that you think is OK for your needs - the good ones being offered at a reasonable price go very fast.
