Well maintained First 235 with lots of upgrades over the years. This has been a freshwater boat it’s whole life.
Haarstick Main, VF Racing Dacron, 2007, Good shape
Haarstick 145% Triradial Pentex Genoa, hanks, 2007, Good shape.
Haarstick Asymmetric Spinnaker, 2009, Very good shape.
Spinnaker, J24 oversize PHRF spinnaker, Okay shape.
Spinnaker, Shark, very good shape.
Jib, 105%, hanks, can reef to about 80%, Good shape.
Storm Jib, Hanks, Good shape.
Lake Ontario PHRF 204 for spinnakers and 240 for genoa
Epoxy Barrier coat in 2013 by Great Lakes Marine Works, nice and smooth
Headliner replacement 2014 with grey headliner carpet.
Custom Bowsprit, 4 ft. Fiberglass, retracts when not in use.
Move spin halyard sheave to mast head
Add port cabin top winch
Aspin tack line is also spin pole downhaul
Harken deck organizers
Cabin top clutches
Spinnaker sheet twings, with custom printed twing cam brackets on toe rail.
Add lower lifelines
Upper Life line cushions
Tri-lob radar reflector
Outboard motor mounting bracket replaced with oak board
Companionway doors replaced with White Starboard plastic wood
Mini-dodger that covers companionway (needs to be reinstalled).
Window seals replaced with pickup cap foam seal. No leaks.
Head rebuild in 2014
Hose to holding tank replaced in 2014

Teak sanded and Cetold 2015

Standard Horizon GX2150 VHF Radio with AIS receiver and masthead antenna

Outboard motor: 1989 Evinrude 8 HP Sail version. 2-cycle with long shaft and alternator. A reliable motor, have not had a good excuse to upgrade.
Steel Cradle for shipping or winter storage. Bunks recently replaced.
Danforth Anchor, 100 ft. nylon rode, 5 ft. of chain.
Baby stay (not installed).
