Hmm the ad still show for me: $8900
For posterity:
Beneteau First 210 Sale - $8900 (Grapevine)

I am listing a 1993 Beneteau First 210 (21') sailboat, located at Lake Grapevine (adjacent to Merrill Park). I would also consider leasing it temporarily, term and amount negotiable. Here is some information on the 210s:
http://first210.org/brochure.htm
See also: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ftCOEbQqbM (the 210 is now called 21.7 in Europe, where it is currently made).
From a sailing school's perspective: http://www.startsailing.com/210pics.html
It is the blue hull edition (more niceties, rolling furler and Doyle jib, bi-data speed/depth gauge, retractable keel/centerboard). It also has a main sail cover. No crazing in the deck or cockpit. Port windows are clear. The running rigging is near new *(with exception of outhaul, which will soon be replaced). Recent bottom job (sanding, inspection, etc.). No blisters.
New Class III pfd vests (and required Class IV). The interior is in perfect condition. Exterior is very nice, having been recently compounded, glazed and waxed. It has the dual rudder system (tiller), so it is extremely responsive. The current sails have plenty of life left in them. I also have the original main. We took it out not too far back *(before Travis dropped 50') with wind in the upper teens on Lake Travis, gusting to 22 or so knots and it handled remarkably well. (Full sail plan, no reefing). No trailer but may have access to one for local delivery. _________________ Clay Babcock
