Might want to check the trailer, it says "storage trailer". That can cover a lot of territory in terms of condition and road worthiness.

The last boat I looked at that was advertised with a storage trailer, it was two steel I beams welded together with a couple cross beams and an axle ubolted to the assembly! Surprised a moving violation wasn't issued just moving it from one side of the yard to another. I suppose it met the intent, but you couldn't take it on the road, even a back road.
