Yes it is sold and heading north!
To be more specific, and to answer your earlier query too Jon, she'll be sitting at the Beaverton Yacht Club and exploring Lake Simcoe, Ontario next season, along with forays to the LOCCR and a summer vacation to the North Channel on Lake Huron.
Just writing that made me think I may be the happiest man alive.

this boat is on it's way to the great white north! |
Great WHITE north is right!!
the travelift barely started, when it did one of the wheels was frozen and wouldnt steer, the straps were frozen, the pads of the truck trailer were frozen solid to the hull, about 2 inches of frozen road juices on the deck.
My pen even froze trying to write a cheque to the trucking company!
hopefully get a thaw soon to survey the 'wasn't winterized in time' damage.. |

I just purchased a Beneteau First210 after deciding for single handed
sailing this was the boat for me.I came mighty close to buying a
First235 however I received a email from somebody going through a nasty
devorce and this First 210 was a steal.

That Jenneau Tonic you sold the guy up here was listed at 15k and just sold http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-boats-Sailboat-86-Jeanneau-Tonic-23-with-trailer-SOLD-W0QQAdIdZ130225595
I still way prefer the look of the 235 though I respect the layout. _________________ Ed Mika
