I´ve found Santa Cruz for sale ( see directory, Eu 155) in ebay:

It´s a swing keel.
price seems ok ( for european conditions )

sprit mod details from enlargement
alum pipe jammed onto mooring cleat and tied down onto anchor roller. Downhaul (sorry forgot the correct name again - it's that altzheimers getting to me again) seems more permanent than the blue cargo straps tied to the pulpit frame.

Still, from the other pictures it seems to work OK.
