Ahhh... My loving Jonner, King of Understatement. Sorry to chap your hide, ole Loon, but lordy, although I did guffaw at the first and second time you entered the "I have to agree" thing, the addition of the Al refrain made it a bit grotesque.

You wont see this owner/moderater ever deleting posts for objectionable content, however. On the other hand, I'll give you some lip for floundering.

I wonder what floundering is ... apart from what flounder do most of the day. Methinks the 'l' was superfluous.

Me thinks? Lord. Oh well....

The verbs founder and flounder are often confused. Founder comes from a Latin word meaning “bottom” (as in foundation) and originally referred to knocking enemies down; it is now also used to mean “to fail utterly, collapse.” Flounder means “to move clumsily, thrash about,” and hence “to proceed in confusion.”

Well, after much deliberation and procrastination, I finally decided to keep the boats most recent name, "New Attitude". It seems to accurately portray my change from the plodding compac to the lively beneteau and my recent retirement. Thanks to all who provided suggestions.
