1990 Beneteau First 235 sailboat
The Heppy Ket has been sitting on the hard for some years. She is an extraordinary cruising monohull sailboat with a winged keel on a fiberglass hull that is fundamentally sound but needs tender loving care, including paint, and repairs to the forward and side lights (windows), companionway door and motor mount. At her best, she is a fast mover that can race or just cruise down the water.
She comes with a 2005 custom-built Magnum trailer, a 2007 Mercury 5 hp gas outboard motor. Sails include a mainsail, jib and an asymmetrical spinnaker. Also includes one anchor with rode and chain.
Inside she holds a two-burner Origo stove and a Cometic Sanipottie. Sleeps 4 with front berth and a dinette that converts to a bed.
We sailed this boat at Perry Lake, Kansas for many years with no problems. She is now located in a storage yard in Rifle, Colorado. Makes a great small family boat.
