Well maintained First 235 with lots of upgrades over the years. This has been a freshwater boat it’s whole life.

Haarstick Main, VF Racing Dacron, 2007, Good shape
Haarstick 145% Triradial Pentex Genoa, hanks, 2007, Good shape.
Haarstick Asymmetric Spinnaker, 2009, Very good shape.
Spinnaker, J24 oversize PHRF spinnaker, Okay shape.

Epoxy Barrier coat in 2013 by Great Lakes Marine Works, nice and smooth
Headliner replacement 2014 with grey headliner carpet.

Outboard motor: 1989 Evinrude 8 HP Sail version. 2-cycle with long shaft and alternator. A reliable motor, have not had a good excuse to upgrade.

Steel Cradle for shipping or winter storage. Bunks recently replaced.

Danforth Anchor, 100 ft. nylon rode, 5 ft. of chain.

Baby stay (not installed).
