I am going to part with her. She has been in good hands since 2008.
Very well taken care off and clean 1991 First 235 Wing. There are plenty of pics that I uploaded to FB:

She comes with (LONG) Trailor and 9.9 Yamaha. Motor has been proven very reliable, plenty of push (up to 7kts) and had seen good maintenance. Recent new carb gaskets and new prop.
Her interior has tastefully been upgraded to new headliner, and wood battens, New SS Sink, new kitchen faucet with electric pump. Under my watch no additional holes were drilled into this boat. Stereo runs with sound exciters, all are hidden, works with ipod or as I do with my smart phone.

Rudder has been mechanically upgraded to be 100% safe in bad weather.
There are 4 SS Lewmar Winches, 2 selftailing, 2 triple Spinlock Clutches, which don't come cheap. All lines were returned back towards cockpit.
I added a Plastimo Mini Bulkhead Compass, it's has lighting. There is a SS BBQ grill on the Stern Rail, works and hardly used. GPS is conveniently located and turnable in the entry way. Can be removed with no evidence of mechanical attachment if desired.
SS nigh and day solar vent keeps air moving in cabin.
Everything on this boat works, except for the deph sounder, wasn't important to me with only 3ft draft. Thats still on the to do list. Anchor light is a $50 LED which draws next to nothing. Battery was replaced 1 month ago and is charged by a 10W solar panel back on stern rail. Companion Way Hatch Boards are custom fabricated Poly Carbonate, looking very sharp and alow light in cabin when closed.
Comes with a working Jib and 135 Genny. The original Hood Mainsail, if you like performance, I recommend to look for a newer Main. I still get her up to speed:

I replaced all runing rigging up the mast when I commisioned her in 2009.
Laid new wiring and a VHF antenna.
The Keel had seen zink coating and epoxy barrier coat in 2009. I gave her 4 coats of bottom paint which now start to wear along the waterline.
The hull is shiny and looks like new. Most wood work on deck is pretty good, but as always needs touchup after a season.
I have to replace the window gaskets, already have them new just need another deckhand to install them. Also have a Bimini which never got used,SS tubing is good, Sunbrella cover is done and worth zero.
There is another video of the boat, a trip to longboat key on youtube:

Boat is docked in the water in Tampa Bay and ready to sail.
Reason for selling is a Catalina 30 that I share.
To me she is worth a million but realisticly,... USD 12500.00
If interested, send me an email. Thanks. Siggi
