I've decided to get out of the sailing business and move on to other interests. "New Attitude" is in above average condition except for the proverbial headliner issue which I have never dealt with. I plan to post locally on Craig's List soon but wanted to start here on the forum.
Description:
VHF with masthead antenna
2 danforths
New UKHalsey dacron main and RF 120 genoa in 2009
Schaefer Snapfurl RF in 2009
Assym spinnaker
Blade jib
5HP long shaft Mariner 2 stroke just serviced
Bulkhead compass
Signet depth and knot log
2 cabin top winches
2 self tailing winches
Misc life jackets
Spare rudder bushings and bolts
Boom kicker
Sail cover new in 2009
Very nice tandem axle galvanized trailer
Bottom painted Oct 2011, Pettit Trinidad
Slip rental may be assumed by the buyer

Asking $11,500
Can be seen at Wrightsville Beach, NC and I will try to post some current photos soon.

Wow Hugh, REALLY surprised to see this as you were one of the diehards going out often down here, taking up the mantle when ole Abstrait had to hit the stands. I cant count how many times I saw you out there at all times. Sorry to see you go.

On a side note, the entire WBORA sailing/racing club also evaporated over the last two years. I think big boat sailing as at an all-time ebb right now, as bad as I remember. I went out with Andy in the C&C 30 few weekends back and we saw ONE SAILBOAT offshore. Granted, it's early in the season but was amazed how few boats were out.

Sad to see one less F235. I was hoping to get a spot in Seapath this season and it's still a potential go. Keep in touch.

I've some great times with this boat and I'll still be out and about until she sells. Hopefully a new owner will enjoy her as much as I have.

Well done!

Another 235 to the Great White North. Or should I say, Le Great White North.

A few more Kelly and you'll have to change the domain... www.beneteau235.ca

Saw ole Hugh go by behind the island heading out on his last sail in his First 235 before it moves far North. Hope you still hang around to watch the new owner continue the trek with New Attitude. Know those last sails are bittersweet, indeed.

Yep, had a very nice final sail yesterday. Bittersweet certainly describes it. Hauled her out today and she'll head north next weekend.
I'll definitely stick around to see reports from Simon and Serge in Quebec City.
