Beneteau 235

Nice 23 foot sailboat with Tahatsu outboard motor and trolling motor back up. 3 Sails. Pretty clean boat. Shallow fin keel. Located at Clinton Lake, Lawrence. Includes boat slip, PAID through end of year. Good trailer also included, as well as many accessories, lifejackets, tools, seat cushions, etc. Fun little boat, all works fine. I just don't have time to get over to sail as often as I'd like. $9000 or reasonable offer.
