I've been out of touch for a week and just catching up. But isn't this the same boat that was on the site several months ago from Key Largo or somewhere near there. Seems it was cruising ready.

Could be wrong.

that solar panel seems familiar...

anyway, the boat's seen some mods. non standard stove, no bow pulpit. no swim ladder, probably no marine head since they state there is a porta-potti, some evidence of wood discoloration due to water, non-standard traveler, no headliner, and an odd reinforcing doubler at the bottom of the companionway bulkhead.

this from another link here.

Sitting water in the First 235 is not as uncommon as we would hope, mainly due to leaking windows as the foam gasket becomes compromised over the years from exposure. Obviously, there are other potential leak areas but I've noticed many a boat with water stains in the main cabin resulting from window leaks on boats left unattended for extended periods. Usually, it's more cosmetic damage though if left long enough, you get some softening of the wood. I am betting that is what the reinforcement is under the ladder. Still, it does not render the boat a totally bad buy depending. My very own F235 suffered from the same leaking/staining problem, most of it while sitting on a trailer with no one to check on her. Over a near 10 year period, she probably sailed less than a half dozen times but the sun/weather never sleeps...
