Other notes:
The headliner is presently up but as with all Beneteau’s of this era someday it will need to be addressed, The carpet in the aft birth could use a replacement. There is no avoiding condensation discolouration of a white carpet that is glued directly to the hull(as of this writing we are continuing with upgrades as if we were going to use the boat this season and the first item on the list is the carpet in the aft cabin).
The cushion covers are in great shape and we clean them on a regular basis. All the window seals have been replace in the last 5 yrs and are not leaking, I will toss in some extra Frost-King foam that I used, it has worked great!
Two burner gimbaled alcohol stove with upgraded arresters.
Drain in icebox.
Hull is blister free.

I have many responsibilities as Fleet Captain at PYC and need a boat in the water to perform them, so unless we receive a serious buyer with a serious deposit we need to move on. Our goal is to move up to a larger boat that fits our needs and an offer was made and excepted on one but we can't have two boats at once, so that is where I am at. Also note that while we can launch the boat at the ramp at the club we can't retrieve it there, so if a haul out was required the boat would have to be moved 10nm east to Sodus Bay for haul out and would cost about $75.

Problem with your maths Jon ? So, sails are $5K and boat is now $11K = $16K whereas it was only listed for $15K originally ?!!

Thanks Kelly, fresh coat of fresh water bottom paint VC-17m goes on today with a rub-out job on the hull. We emptied out the boat over the weekend and filled the garage, anyone who has been on my boat knows I have at least three of everything. Never seen this boat so empty. Maybe a launch this week.......looks like rain this week but at least it will be warmer, what a horrific (lack of) spring this has been.....

Still doesnt seem real! Lake Loon without his ole First 235. Dalm. The Laser 28 you found does look like tons of upside/promise.
