I just bought a catalina 30 with a friend.
Sailing 2 boats is difficult. I am thinking about selling my 235, but mentally not ready yet, it's to cool of a boat.

I got the right boat to trade. 235WK, 9.9 Yamaha + Trailor in same condition as your 28. Tampa is a bit far though.

The headliner is a $350 + 8 hour problem. I would be more concerned about the quality of the inerior wood. She seems to be in good condition otherwise.
$10000 is bit to high for my taste. Punta Gord ...

I have sold the Etap in September. :-))
So for the coming season it will be still a pleasure for me to sail my First.
A new laminate jib is already ordered...

Looks like the price has been slashed recently due some blistering issues. It could be a real bargain for someone handy with fiberglass repairs.
