Forget trying to measure for those things. Get yourself a hot glue gun and a bunch of 1" doorskin strips and make templates of them for a perfect fit.

If the exterior is as tight as the interior, I would advertise over the 20k, and settle for that on the sale.

Yeah, I guess that is a good part of it. I prefer that to easing the main sheet. It is quicker, and doesn't spill as much power out of the sail. This is definitely a main driven boat.
