Standing Rigging
Talk to Beneteau and you will get one recommendation
for replacing the standing rigging for the Beneteau First 235 in
quality and price: Seco South.
Secosouth, Inc, affiliated with Navtec and Lewmar, makes excellent
standing rigging that will be an upgrade from the stock F235 metric
option sourced from ACMO. As anyone will attest, trying to find
a matching metric threaded turnbuckle is not an amusing option,
not to mention the standard seven to 10yr replacement rule.

The ACMO rigging can still be found in Canada, more specifically,

On the other hand, from all I have heard, the secosouth option is
the intelligent one, even by Beneteau's own admission. Anyone with
original rigging should give serious thought to replacement for
obvious safety issues due to stress and/or corrosion fatigue.
